The people at Scott's Auto Repair follow the Golden Rule: treat others as you would want to be treated. They provided me shuttle service so I could go home and get things done while they looked at my car. They provided me with all of the information needed for me to decide what repairs I wanted to pay for or not, what was urgent and what could wait. Everything in the office and the shop runs smoothly, and I never see them in a rush, but instead quietly confident. I made an appointment to bring my car, and they were ready right away to attend to it when I got there.
