I've used Scotts before for other auto repairs and their fees are reasonable. As an elderly woman, I have never been taken advantage of (which is extremely important to me) . The staff and service is outstanding, (exceeded my expectations)! A couple of days ago, the battery in my car "cratered," and I was stranded during a medical appt. Zach arranged very quickly for Nick (Mgr.) and a mechanic to come to my location. They arrived within 15 minutes and "jump" the car battery, took me back to their auto center. The battery was tested, (required replacement); fortunately it was not the alternator. They replaced the battery, as well as an oil change, 30pt Vehicle inspection, and rotated the tires while I waited. I am grateful to Nick and his team for taking good care of me. I highly recommend Scott's for their honesty, quality customer service, and auto repairs to my car.

Very pleased! Scott's Auto Repair immediately accepted my Tahoe late on a Saturday afternoon when it suddenly began having an intermittent problem starting. They kept me posted on the progress of their diagnosis and asked to keep it overnight to test it again in the morning in order to give me a final report. Needed parts were not immediately available given it was now Sunday. Since I had to drive back home to Dallas, they advised me on how to keep it running and explain to my mechanic in Dallas what was needed. They didn't even charge me for their time. Very grateful!

Service is definitely wonderful. They go above and beyond! Multiple times over the last almost 40 yrs I have been impressed by their professionalism and how they stand behind their work as well as ride service and loaner cars few other places offer these days. Thank you very much!

Scott's has done a great job for us in the past and did so again this week. They listened to our concerns, provided a comprehensive assessment of the problem, provided a detailed estimate for work required and ensured it was fixed before turning the car back over to us. Turns out that we needed less work done than recommended by the Subaru dealership....Hmmm. I have directed our kids to make this their first stop if/when they have further car issues.
