Very pleased! Scott's Auto Repair immediately accepted my Tahoe late on a Saturday afternoon when it suddenly began having an intermittent problem starting. They kept me posted on the progress of their diagnosis and asked to keep it overnight to test it again in the morning in order to give me a final report. Needed parts were not immediately available given it was now Sunday. Since I had to drive back home to Dallas, they advised me on how to keep it running and explain to my mechanic in Dallas what was needed. They didn't even charge me for their time. Very grateful!

Scott's has done a great job for us in the past and did so again this week. They listened to our concerns, provided a comprehensive assessment of the problem, provided a detailed estimate for work required and ensured it was fixed before turning the car back over to us. Turns out that we needed less work done than recommended by the Subaru dealership....Hmmm. I have directed our kids to make this their first stop if/when they have further car issues.
