Friendly professional service. Car was ready on time. They offered me a ride home and sent a driver to pick me up when work was done. Car wash after service complete. Excellent experience.

Mike Warnock has been in the business for years....We go back 15 + years. When I meet him he was working for Louetta Automotive in Cypress, Texas and have been following him ever since. He knows about today's cars and trucks. He has serviced all my cars and trucks and took care of any warranty issue...I usually just drop my cars and trucks off to Mike and have him call me when my vehicle was ready to go...He would always tell me up front if he had to hold the car or trucks for a couple of days and always had a loaner vehicle waiting on me .....that's excellant service to me. I was visiting from out of town and my car battery died. A neighbor jumped my battery and took me to Scott’s. They immediately started the diagnostics on my car and I was all ready to go in a short time. I was babysitting my grandkids, so they delivered my car to me. Great customer service!
