After a negative experience at a different car repair shop, I came across Scott's Auto Repair as a recommended shop on AAA. They were very accommodating when I informed them that I needed to tow my car to the shop after hours. The customer service was unlike any I have ever experienced. They kept me up to date with everything they found out about the car, and gave me options with feedback and advice. They have earned my continued business.

We have gone to Scott's for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The service is great and the employees are knowledgeable and friendly.

I think the key here for me was honesty and being fair. I felt I had both - an honest view of my older vehicle and a very fair price for repairs and service. The service was friendly and I even had a courtesy ride back to my nearby home. Thanks
