I received a superior level of service from the Scott's team, and in particular from Nick! He found out from my Car Shield that, if Scott's used a part approved by Car Shield, that the repair would cost me more than $500 less. I was in the process of moving across town, and I had to have a car to do important things, such as turning in the cable TV equipment from my previous place, and also eating out until the move was completed, since I no longer had time to cook or buy groceries, just pack my things. To solve this problem while my car was still at Scott's, waiting for the money-saving part from Subaru, Nick drove a black Ford Fiesta to my old apartment complex a week before this last Thursday and provided it to me as a loaner. Because of Nick's initiative, I was able to do these must do things, including picking up a needed Rx at the drug store. The part came in a week ago Monday, and Nick and his team had my Subaru all ready by two that afternoon. That day, I drove the Fiesta back to Scott's and got my Forester back, with the oil change and every other service I requested, and it runs great! The next day, I drove my Subaru to my new apartment complex and moved in. I'm so delighted by the human solidarity of Nick and his team with customers like me! Even though now I live much further away in Houston, I will continue being a customer of Scott's Auto Repair for the maintenance of my vehicle.
