I discovered my left front headlight was out as I drove the 38 miles to my office in predawn traffic last Thursday. Enroute home, I stopped at Scott's to make an appointment to have that headlight replaced. I got 7:30 a.m. Saturday, when I'm off, which was great! While replacing both headlights (at my request), Scott's tech discovered a brake light was out, too. I asked to have that fixed, also. All repair took maybe 35 minutes. I've been a Scott's customer for 4 years and always am pleased with the results. Scott's guarantees for 36 months, in writing, all work performed there. Any questions I have, they answer promptly and directly. I don't take my vehicle anywhere else.

Provided services as requested abut also give me new information about my for future repairs. The additional repairs will done at a later date and Scott's Auto Repair will make those repairs.

Did everything they said they was gone do no complaints

Back up camera had been failing for a couple of weeks. Scott's was able to quickly determine that it was not repairable and offered to replace it. They completed the work same day. As it took several hours they kindly drove me home and then picked me up when the work was finished. Always courteous, patient and willing to respond to questions.
