From time I entered shop and told Johnny what was going he immediately looked at the vehicle and determined my sensors were going bad and not my brakes. After leaving and they inspected my wifes whole car, he noticed a tear in the control arm bushings. When he called and gave me an estimate, I told him we had a warranty service package we purchased when we purchased the vehicle (SMART MOVE) - He called and they would cover repair, but he went one step further and asked if the warranty for cover the sensors (they did). Bottom line is I got about a 2k bill reduced to my $100 deductible plus the taxes = $146. My wife had been complaining of noisy brakes after we go front ones fixed at MIDAS. He felt they were not installed properly - so since they are under warranty at Midas - they will resolve those issues. Definitely a satisfied customer for life.
