I was on the freeway when my Check Engine light came on. I also smelled burning oil. So I kept on going to Scott's Auto Repair. Before I had even turned off the engine, Nick and his crew were outside greeting me. They immediately raised my car up to find the problem. I had to make it to an appointment that afternoon, so Nick made sure to loan me a nice car pending the repairs. Scott's got an oil pan and other parts to replace the damaged ones, and got the repair expense reimbursed by my Car Shield. The next day, one of the gentlemen from Scott's drove my car the eight miles from Scott's to where I live near downtown Houston, and he picked up the loaner car and drove it back to Scott's. This level of service and considerate behavior has endeared me to Scott's over the years, so I will always be their customer.
