The customer service "guys" at my dealership always give me the feeling that they think I don't know anything about cars because I am a woman. At Scott's, things are shown & explained to me and I am treated as if I am as knowledgeable about cars as anyone. Also, they listen to what I have to say. I feel we are working together! Comfortable waiting room and they will take me home & pick me up if the car needs to be there most of the day.

I have had several vehicles serviced at Scott's over the years. I believe it has been 6 vehicles (all bought used) over the course of 25 years. Except for a flood and a collision, they all ran perfectly while I was their owner. The previous one (a 1998 model) had 200,000 miles on it when I sold it a year ago. It had around 60,000 when I bought it in 2001. They have taken very good care of me over the years and I have never had a complaint about them. They have delivered me to and from work, and performed work in the field for me before.

My transmission quit working, but Scott and his team identified and fixed the problem very quickly. They were friendly and professional, and I will definitely return in the future.
