Superb service.

As usual, I was very pleased with the service I received recently at Scott's Auto Repair. It was time for the six-month checkup and routine maintenance along with the annual vehicle inspection. Recently, I moved far away from Scott's, but I am determined to keep them as my auto repair folks for the years of excellent and considerate service that I have received from them. Scott's drove over a loaner car to me as they drove away in my auto to the shop. This enabled me to get important chores done while my car was being maintained. They charged me nothing for replacement valve cover gaskets because they were under warranty. They removed and replaced the timing cover and did the work to charge that to my CarShield coverage, so that I only had to pay CarShield's $100 deductible on that. Then they drove my car back to me, and the driver caught an Uber to get back to the shop. In the car was the proof of my successful vehicle inspection. I used that information to quickly and easily prove and take care of my vehicle inspection with the State.

After personal circumstances required me to be totally responsible for the maintenance on my vehicles, I dreaded it. Dreaded it until I found Scott’s Auto. They are a company built on integrity. I placed my trust in them to be fair and honest with me. My experience with them has been just that, fair and honest treatment. Kudos to all the employees… but, especially to Nick! Superb customer service! He will treat you like you are his only customer. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Scott’s Auto.

I always get great service at Scott's Auto repair on Memorial. Every one there is very polite and always inform you of what needs to be done to the car in a way that is very easy to understand. I recommend this place to all my friends.

In January I took my vehicle in to a dealership for an oil change. One that I have been going to for years. After the oil change, they did an inspection on my vehicle and told me that on my next oil change I would need brakes. I don't ride my brakes hard & I wanted to get a second opinion & did. I took my vehicle in to Scott's Automotive & they did an overall inspection to my vehicle. My brakes are fine, but there were other things that needed attention to which the dealership never brought to my attention. So, I took care of all the other things that the dealership missed, & glad that I did. This is helping the performance of my vehicle plus it will make my vehicle last longer on the road.

ALIGNMENT: Very thorough and honest with their findings. Also checked tightness of suspension components grease leaks and battery state for no additional charge. Management keeps a very professional atmosphere on site.

I highly recommend Scott's Auto Repair who have consistently gone went above and beyond in providing excellent service for our family's auto maintenance and repair needs. We have lived in this area for over 25 years and have found Scott's Auto Repair to be very skilled, fair, friendly and trustworthy.
