Great experience as usual. It's great to know you can get an honest evaluation of the situation., be it good or bad news. Trust is the best thing about Scott's. Everyone is always friendly and anxious to help. Customer service is excellent and Betty such a treasure.!

Been depending on Scotts for over 20 years. Always been honest and not unusualy for him to tell me of a repair that may be needed in the future but recommending that I wait until it is needed. Never had a "push recommendation.!" Willing to explain the differnce in something "annoyong" as opposed to something that would effect safety or damage if left unrepaired.

I have had the occasion to use Scott's a few times.They have always performed admirably even though the jobs were small.Once they even diagnosed a problem that the Dealer had missed which resulted in a total rebuild of a Differential. Even though they did not do the rebuild they were very helpful.I will use them as much as I can.
