Was expecting to pay for repairs but Scott’s Auto told me there was a factory recall and gave me all the information about repair in a written form and diagram with instructions and where to take my car for warranty work at no charge. Way beyond expectations. They were extremely helpful !!

I do not love far from the shop, so they offered without promting to bring me back home and pick me up when the vehicle was ready. After living in Katy for 20 years, I was dreading finding a replace vehicle repair shop. I found my replacement on the first attempt.

These guys went above and beyond. I really feel like I was getting service above what I would have gotten had I gone to a dealer.
