Great service and communication. As a contrast, had my sons RR at the dealership for some warranty work recently. Zero communication, unless I initiated. Very frustrating in a world of text, e-mail and cell phones.

The beautiful and friendly and knowledgeable girls at Scott's front desk are of course a big bonus which helps easing the pain when presented with the bill, but the boys back in the shop also know what they are doing and will get you back on the road in no time.
