Very efficient and nice.

Great service and communication. As a contrast, had my sons RR at the dealership for some warranty work recently. Zero communication, unless I initiated. Very frustrating in a world of text, e-mail and cell phones.

Courteous and efficient service. Periodic updates on status of repairs. Price was fair and work was explained with a printout. I was very impressed.

Everyone on your team was great. A/C is working good. I was a little disappointed no one called when it was ready. I had to pay an extra day on my rental.

The beautiful and friendly and knowledgeable girls at Scott's front desk are of course a big bonus which helps easing the pain when presented with the bill, but the boys back in the shop also know what they are doing and will get you back on the road in no time.

I was truly impressed with the service and I would recommend them to my friends. Josh called me several times to keep me updated on the progress they were making. They made sure that I had a ride to and from their business location. An all around positive experience. Thank you.
