The people are polite and friendly. They're knowledgeable about motors, belts, electrical, while they are good communicators as well. In and out. The wait area is always clean.

I absolutely think the person that owns it and the people that run it are so transparent honest and most of all truthful about every and any PRICING AND WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. They are not going to tell you something needs fixing or needs to be replaced if it doesn't. They have no problem showing you what work you need before doing it, keeping you informed through out the process and I appreciate that from a mechanic shop. Scott's Auto is fairly priced considering it is in MEMORIAL. LOL ALL THE GUYS BRING SOMETHING THAT MAKES SCOTT'S AUTO A GREAT PLACE FOR ANY CAR UPSETS. THANK YOU
